Manchester City have rejected a written transfer request from their disenchanted captain, the Argentine international Carlos Tevez , who's understood to be homsesick for his two daughters who live in Argentina.
26 year old Tevez has had a rocky relationship with manager Roberto Mancini in recent times, but not only have City rejected his request. they've also expressed their displeasure at his move, especially as they've accommodated his request to have his family stay in Argentina.
