Flower wants a good Waca pitch

The England cricket coach Andy Flower says he hopes the groundsman can recapture the bounce and pace the Waca ground is famous for, when the third Ashes Test against Australia starts on Thursday.

The Australian selectors have recalled Mitchell Johnson and Ben Hillfenhaus in an effort to match an English attack led by James Anderson.

The batsmen have dominated at times in the first two Tests and Flower says he's like to see a more even contest in Perth.

Many Australian commentators believe the homesides best chance of victory and levelling the series is if they go for an all pace attack on what will hopefully be a quick wicket.
