Team New Zealand's managing director says he'll start chasing the dollars now the venue of the next America's Cup has been decided.
Grant Dalton says his team always favoured San Francisco which was confirmed on Saturday as the venue for the 34th America's Cup in 2013.
Dalston says after months of examining the design, build and crewing demands of a multi-hull campaign there was nothing to stop a New Zealand challenge if sufficient funding can be found.
He says he must start a round of meetings with current and potential sponsors to secure the funding a credible challenge will need.
