The Pakistan cricket team is calling for the return of the referral system after losing batsmen Younis Khan for 73 to an incorrect decision on day three at the Basin Reserve, which sparked a mini-collapse for the tourists.
Khan was given out in controversial circumstances after a close bat pad catch by Brendon McCullum off the bowling of Daniel Vettori.
However replays clearly showed no part of Khan's bat or glove came near the ball.
Khan says the referral system must return.
