The English golfer Paul Casey has won the inaugural Volvo Champions tournament in Bahrain, his first European Tour title since 2009.
The 33-year-old Briton posted a closing 68 for a 20-under-par total, one stroke ahead of Swede Peter Hanson and Spain's Miguel Angel Jimenez.
Casey will climb to number five in the world unless Phil Mickelson finishes first or second at the San Diego Open later today.
