Bubba Watson has won the US PGA golf Tour's Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines in San Diego by one shot.
Left-hander Watson birdied the last hole, carding a five under par 67 to finish 16 under overall, a stroke ahead of three-times champion Phil Mickelson, who birdied the 17th and 18th to move above fellow American Dustin Johnson and Venezuela's Jhonattan Vegas, who tied for third - three behind Watson.
Vegas was just a shot shy of Watson til the last hole, which he bogied.
Tiger Woods says he won't turn back from his golf swing changes despite another disappointing effort to start his 2011 season.
Woods, a six-time champion, followed a two-over-par 74 with five bogeys in a three-over 75 to drop into a tie for 44th at one-under.
Woods remains winless since the 2009 Australian Masters.
