Three-time Coast to Coast champion Richard Ussher has won his fourth title in the 243km world multisport race across the South Island.
Time's are yet to be confirmed but Ussher believes it's his fastest at 10 hours, 41 minutes.
Ussher had a three year break from the endurance race and says this time he felt a lot more relaxed, having come with no expectations and enjoyed the race.
Ussher says the kayak stage through the gorge was challenging and had to push himself through the last ten kilometers on the bike.
