The Wallabies first five Matt Giteau has signed a contract with French side Toulon until 2013 and he'll be joining them after the Rugby World Cup later this year.
Giteau had been widely expected to leave Australia after the World Cup which finishes on October 23.
The 28-year-old will captain the ACT Brumbies in their Super rugby season opener against the Waikato Chiefs in Canberra on Saturday.
