The returning all-rounder Stuart Broad spared England's blushes in grabbing five wickets to help his side to a narrow 16 run win against international cricket minnows Canada in Bangladesh.
England made 243 batting first in the World Cup warm up match and then dismissed Canada for 227 in the 47th over with Broad taking five for 37.
England's first match of the tournament is against the Netherland in Nagpur on Tuesday.
