World champion rowers Hamish Bond and Jade Uru grabbed their third premier sweep oar title as Southern won the premier eight title at the National Championships on Lake Ruataniwha.
Southern beat defending champions Central by three-quarters of a length to take home the Rub's Rooster, the Sun Cup and Boykett Memorial Trophy in the blue riband event.
Bond and Uru won the pairs and joined Carl Meyer and John Storey to take the coxless four before winning the final event of the regatta.
Nathan Cohen beat defending champion Mahe Drysdale to win the final of men's singles sculls title and Emma Twigg won her third straight women's title.
