London has completed its first venue for next year's Olympic Games.
Britsin's four-time Olympic cycling champion Sir Chris Hoy was involved in the christening of the state-of-the-art east London velodrome which is notable for its dramatic sweeping roof.
The velodrome was completed on time and to budget, and the track is being billed as potentially the fastest in the world.
