The New Zealand Breakers' guard Kirk Penney has won his second National Basketball League Player of the Month award.
Penney, won the December award took the February award polling 62 votes and finishing ahead of Sydney Kings' centre Julian Khazzouh.
Penney leads the league in scoring with an average of 20.7 points per game.
