Pakistan have completed the qualifying lineup from Group A at the Cricket World Cup with a comfortable win in a rain-shortened match against Zimbabwe in Kandy.

After three rain delays, Pakistan were set a target of 162 off 38 overs, and the 1992 champions cruised to victory with 23 balls and seven wickets to spare.

They join the defending champions Australia, New Zealand and Sri Lanka from Group A in the knock out stages.
