The Bulls and Springbok lock Bakkies Botha will appear before a SANZAR judiciary tonight after being charged with a dangerous tackle on Stormers halfback Dewaldt Duvenage during their Super Rugby match at the weekend.
Botha appeared to place an arm around the neck of Duvenge during the the Stormer's 23-12 win at Loftus Versfeld.
The giant lock Botha is never far from trouble, last year he was suspended for nine weeks for headbutting All Blacks halfback Jimmy Cowan in a Tri-Nations Test match.
