The Crusaders will take this week a little easier as they prepare for their historic Super Rugby match against the Sharks at Twickenham.
It will be the first ever Super match played outside of the Sanzar countries and was shifted after AMI Stadium was ruled out for the year because of the Christchurch earthquake.
Halfback Andy Ellis was one of the last to leave last night and he says it will be all about recovery this week.....
Meanwhile the Sharks are back in Durban and won't fly to London until Thursday... their first five Patrick Lambie is in doubt for the match with a finger injury.
