A five-car first lap crash has marred the third V8 Supercar race at the Australian Grand Prix won by Holden driver Jamie Whincup.
All five drivers escaped serious injury but all the cars were significantly damaged and face extensive repairs ahead of the next round of the championship in Hamilton next month.
The 25-lap race was shortened to 18 laps as Whincup won his second race of the weekend with New Zealand's Greg Murphy second.
