Breakers at home tonight

6:16 am on 30 March 2011

The New Zealand Breakers begin their Australian National Basketball League playoff preparations when they host the Adelaide 36ers tonight.

The Breakers had a bye last round and now complete the regular season against the 36ers tonight and in Melbourne on Saturday, both those teams unable to make the play-offs.

The minor premier Breakers will have homecourt advantage during the play-offs although their recent form has been a little patchy and coach Andrej Lemanis will want to use these two matches to iron out any issues.

Adelaide ended an 8 match losing streak with a victory over Gold Coast in their last match.

The Breakers are 11 and 2 at home this season and have beat the 36ers in 3 clashes so far this season.
