Entries close later today for the 2013 Americas Cup and so far 10 have been received for the regatta in San Fancisco, including Team New Zealand.

Aside from the defender, Oracle of the United States, other confirmed entries include the Italian syndicate Mascalzone Latino - the official "challenger of record," who have the right to help organise the event.

There are two French entries and one each from Sweden and China, and of the two unidentified entries, one is believed to be Italy's Venezia Challenge.

Syndicates will have to find a bare minimum budget of 65-million dollars to fund their campaigns.
