The Canterbury Tactix hope a return to their home court will bring about a change in their trans-Tasman netball fortunes.
The Tactix play the Southern Steel at the CBS Arena tonight, in what will be their first home game since last month's Christchurch earthquake.
The Tactix have played just one match at home so far, losing to the Perth based West Coast Fever in their opening match the day before the earthquake.
They were due to play the Northern Mystics at home the following week but in the wake of the earthquake that game was postponed until next week, while the game against the Waikato Bay of Plenty was transferred to Rotorua.
The Tactix are the only team not have won a match this season and sit at the bottom of the ten team competition.
Entry to tonight's game is free.
Tonight's other match features the unbeaten Queensland Firebirad against the Melbourne Vixens.
