Manchester United's beaten Chelsea one nil in their Champions League first leg quarter-final football match at Stamford Bridge in London.
Wayne Rooney scored the only goal of the match midway through the first half with United dominating for long periods.
Chelsea's best chance came just on half time when Frank Lampard had a shot cleared off the line although Chelsea were unlucky not to be awarded a penalty late in the match when Ramires was brought down in the box.
