The inspirational Breakers forward Mika Vukona is confident his injured knee will stand up to the rigours of tomorrow night's third and deciding Australian National Basketball League semi-final in Auckland.

The Breakers kept their finals hopes alive with a win in game two in Perth on Sunday, with Vukuna playing an integral part.

He wasn't expected to play in the rest of the semi finals after suffering the injury in game one, but came off the bench after passing a late fitness test.

He's got a new knee brace for game three which he says will give him more support and manoevrability but coach Andrej Lemanis is yet to decide whether he'll start the match.

Vukona says if they're to win tomorrow night they again need to match Perth's physical approach.

The North Shore Events Centre which seats 4, 500 spectators is already sold out.

If the Breakers win tomorrow night they'll play either against either Townsville or Cairns in the final.
