Rampant Stoke rout Bolton

Stoke City have stormed into their first FA Cup football final after a first-half goal spree inspired a 5-nil win against Bolton at Wembley.

They'll face Manchester City in the final on May the 14th after three goals from Matthew Etherington, Robert Huth and Kenwyne Jones in 19 minutes destroyed Bolton before half-time.

Jonathan Walters capped Stoke's perfect day with two goals after the break.

Stoke were appearing in their first FA Cup semi-final since 1972, when they also won their last significant piece of silverware by beating Chelsea in the League Cup final.

It's the first time in 72 years a semi-final's been won by a five-goal margin.
