Rangers have extended their lead at the top of the Scottish Premier League football competition to four points with a 4-nil win over eight-man Dundee United.
Three red cards gave the home side no chance at Tannadice as Rangers defender Steven Whittaker scored twice from the spot and missed another.
Nikica Jelavic and Kyle Lafferty scored the other goals, which mean Rangers will go into Monday's crucial Old Firm derby on top of the SPL no matter how Celtic, who have two games in hand, fare against Kilmarnock at Rugby Park on Thursday.
