The NRL and New Zealand rugby league star Benji Marshall is to defend a charge of assaulting a man at a McDonald's restaurant in the Sydney CBD on March the 5th.
The Wests Tigers and New Zealand captain did not appear in Downing Centre Local Court today but his lawyer entered the not guilty plea on his behalf.
The matter will return to the same court on June the 10th.
