Pacers edge Bulls to keep series alive

The Indiana Pacers have fought back in their NBA basketball Eastern Conference playoff series with the Chicago Bulls, winning the fourth game 89-84 to deny the Bulls a first-round sweep.

Danny Granger scored 24 points and made critical plays in the final seconds to spark his side to a 1-3 series score.

Granger sank four free throws and grabbed a rebound in the dying seconds to hold off the Chicago comeback and extend the Pacers' season for at least one game.

The Bulls can advance with a home victory in game five of the best-of-seven series on Tuesday.
