Westwood insists he's a worthy world number one

The English golfer Lee Westwood insists he's a worthy world number one and is sick of being asked about failure to win a Major title.

Westwood moved back to golf's number one spot by winning the Indonesian Masters at the weekend, with Germany's Martin Kaymer dropping to second.

But England's six-time Major-winner and former number one Nick Faldo has queried the ranking system as Westwood has never won a Major.

But Westwood says he's tired of having to justify his position and the world rankings and the Major championships are two separate things.

He says the world rankings are about consistency and playing well week-in, week-out, which he does.
