France loose forward Sebastien Chabal has been suspended for a fortnight by his rugby club Racing-Metro over derogatory comments he made about referees.
His suspension came in the wake of facing disciplinary action as the French Rugby Federation announced earlier it would be calling him to account for his comments.
In an article the 33-year-old said that referees in the French club rugby competition are hopeless and biased.
