Argentina's Juan Martin Del Potro has confirmed his entry for the French Tennis Open having previously said he was unlikely to take part due to a hip injury picked up at the Madrid Masters earlier thsi month.
The injury happened just as Del Potro was getting back to top form having been sidelined for months with a serious wrist injury that threatened his career.
Del Potro made the semi-finals in Paris two years ago before losing in five sets to the eventual winner Roger Federer.
