The New Zealand boardsailor Jon-Paul Tobin is in second place after three days of racing at the latest World Cup event in the Netherlands.
Tobin coped with the strong winds today to score a second and a third and he's just two points behind the leader.
Meanwhile Peter Burling and Blair Tuke are fourth in the 49er class.
