Sonny Bill Williams says he's considering boxing a long-term career and his opponent in the weekend's charity fight for Canterbury is well-matched.
Williams says Alipate Liava'a may be 18 years older but the Tongan heavyweight has had 11 fights to his 3 and at this stage in his fledgling career Liava'a is a good test.
Williams, who's the main undercard for mentor Anthony Mundine in Sunday night's bout in Auckland, fronted a large media contingent following a sparring session with Mundine and David Tua, and the 25-year-old All Black rookie says boxing is here to stay - though the World Cup's still the priority for now.
