Olympic organisers defend ticket policy again

London Olympic organisers are again defending the ticketing policy for next year's Games amid the continuing backlash from hundreds of thousands of applicants left empty-handed.

As more and more surveys reveal the frustration of fans who failed to gain any tickets despite multiple applications in the ballot, Games chairman Lord Sebatian Coe says it's naive to complain about too many tickets going to corporate sponsors.

He says those who failed in the first round will have other opportunities for tickets and the idea people who've bid huge sums of money have suddenly got loads of tickets is not the case.

Lord Coe says the corporate market makes up eight percent of the ticket sales.
