AFL Player Agent to sue Players Association

8:19 am on 10 June 2011

The former Australian Rules player agent Ricky Nixon will seek millions of dollars in compensation after the 17-year-old Melbourne schoolgirl admitted she lied about an affair.

The teenager has changed her story in a new statement to the AFL Players' Association, saying her comments about having had sex and taking drugs with Nixon were "completely untrue".

The Players Association accreditation board suspended Nixon on March 24th for his "inappropriate personal relationship" with the teenager.

Nixon says he plans to sue the Players' association as well as two media outlets.
