The British motor racing great Sir Stirling Moss has joined criticics of the 2008 world champion Lewis Hamilton, saying his compatriot's recent on-track conduct has been "quite wrong".
Hamilton was involved in collisions with his McLaren team-mate Jenson Button and Red Bull's Australian driver Mark Webber during the rain-affected Canadian Grand Prix, which Button won.
Race stewards have repeatedly summoned Hamilton this season, most recently in Monaco a fortnight ago,
And his actions in Montreal led former world champion Niki Lauda to label Hamilton "completely mad" and to warn that someone would be killed if he didn't tone down his aggressive over-taking attempts.
Moss says drivers are safe inside modern cars but Hamilton's setting a bad example.
