The Dallas Mavericks basketballer Shawn Marion believes the team have another NBA title in their ageing bones after winning the franchise's first ever championship, beating the Miami Heat 105-95 in game six to wrap up the best of seven series four games to two.
Small forward Marion did an excellent job of containing the Heat's All-Star LeBron James, with the former NBA MVP scoring on average almost 10 points less per game during the finals than the regular season.
Marion is one of a host of Mavericks players over 30, including 32-year-old finals MVP Dirk Nowitzki and 38-year-old point guard Jason Kidd but the man the call 'the matrix' says Dallas have plenty left in the tank.
