The Bahrain Grand Prix has officially been called off this season.
Motorsport's governing body the FIA says a vote of its World Motor Sport Council was unanimous in ratifying the calendar after recent controversial attempts to re-schedule Bahrain by Formula One chief executive Bernie Eccelestone despite opposition from F1 teams.
The FIA has also announced India's inaugural Formula One race will be on October 30th with the season concluding in Brazil just under a month later.
