The Auckland Pirates have ended their five game losing streak in the National Basketball League after scoring a 79-68 victory over Southland in Auckland.
Everard Bartlett top scored with twenty five points, converting five of six three pointers, while Dillion Boucher grabbed five steals to go with his six assists and nine rebounds.
Southland are sixth and Auckland seventh.
