For the first time in the history of mens world golf rankings, British golfers are one, two and three.

Northern Ireland's US Open champion Rory McIlroy is up to a career-best third in the rankings, while the English pair Luke Donald and Lee Westwood remain one and two.

Tiger Woods, currently sidelined with leg injuries, has slipped further down the rankings to 17th place.
