The New Zealand hurdler Josh Hawkins has won a silver medal in the 110 metre hurdles at the Workld Youth Atheltics Championships in France.
His time of 13 point 44 seconds improves his New Zealand record.
It is the second medal for New Zealand after Jacko Gill won the shot put yesterday.
