Red Bull expect Webber to re-sign

The Red Bull formula one team are confident their Australian driver Mark Webber will re-sign with them despite his row with them over team orders at last weeknd's British Grand Prix.

Webber, in a clearly faster car, decided to ignore instructions from the pit wall that he should not close in on second-placed Red Bull team-mate and championship leader Sebastian Vettel, though he eventually did back off and settled for third place.

Webber is running second in the championship, 80 points behind Vettel, but with little hope of fighting for the title, especially with Red Bull having backing Vettel against him.

Red Bull's boss Dieter Mateschitz says Webber is very popular within the team, he feels very comfortable and it is an excellent relationship.
