The South African Rugby Union's chief executive Jourie Roux is baffled by a reported conspiracy theory about a secret World Cup training camp.
The Springboks left 21 players at home for the away leg of the Tri-Nations which continues against the All Blacks in Wellington on Saturday night.
There've been reports many of the players still in South Africa aren't injured and are training at Rustenbeg under coach Rassie Erasmus.
Bbut Roux's adamant they are injured and trying to recuperate for the World Cup.
He says when players are hurt they're not sent off on holiday, they're put into a high performance centre to rehabilitate with medical help and he can't understand how that's confused with a conspiracy.
