New Zealand cyclist Jack Bauer's taken out stage two of the Tour of Utah.
The 2010 New Zealand road champion, who's riding for the UK-based Endura Racing, jumped the peloton 500 metres from the finish and had the strength to hold off the sprinters to claim one of the best wins of his career in the UCI 1.2 category event.
It was a doubly successful day for New Zealand riders with Auckland's Roman van Uden of Pure Black Racing grabbing the sprint jersey lead.
