Otago have edged Tasman 19-16 in an error strewn but entertaining ITM Cup rugby clash in Nelson with the blue and golds kicking a penalty on the stroke of fulltime to win the match.
Both sides scored one try apiece with the fourth and final Otago penalty proving the only difference.
The sides were tied 9-all at half time.
