Wellington frustrated by season's performance

6:55 pm on 26 August 2011

The Wellington rugby coach Andre Bell admits his players haven't been able to do it all season, but he's hoping his side will be able to control the ball when they take on North Harbour in their last ITM Cup match in Albany tonight.

Wellington must win the match to make sure they stay in the Premiership.

Wellington have handed over possession too easily this season and Bell says he'd just like his side to play to their potential and execute.

Wellington could stay in the Premiership without winning tonight if bottom-placed Southland lose to Bay of Plenty on Sunday without picking up any bonus points.
