The Olympic silver medallist Nick Willis lines up in the semi finals of the 1500m at the world athletic champs in South Korea tonight, needing to finish among the top five or the next two fastest runners to qualify for Saturday's final.
Willis eased into the semis when he finished second in his heat on Tuesday.
He says his buildup has been ideal and it's an even looking field.
Also today Nicki Hamblin competes in the women's 800m heats, Jake Robertson and Adrian Blincoe are in the 5000m heats and Stuart Farquhar in the qualifying rounds of the javelin.
