The former U.S. Open tennis champion Venus Williams has withdrawn from this year's tournament in New York, revealing she's suffering from an autoimmune disease.
The former world number one quit the tournament before her second round match against Germany's Sabine Lisicki, saying she's been diagnosed with Sjogren's Syndrome, which causes fatigue and joint pain.
