The Ferrari Formula One driver Felipe Massa has accused McLaren's former world champion Lewis Hamilton of being unable to use his mind.
The accusation comes after another crash between the two at the Singapore Grand Prix.
The pair were vying for fifth place at the time, and officials judged that Hamilton was at fault, handing him a drive-through penalty.
Massa suffered a puncture as a result, and feels the sports governing body, the FIA, should take stronger action.
