The Rugby World Cup clash with Canada in Wellington this weekend will be extra special for New Zealand coach Graham Henry, with the game marking his 100th Test in charge.

The 65-year-old is one of the most successful New Zealand mentors of all time and is attempting to put the icing on the cake of an illustrious career by becoming just the second All Blacks coach to lift the William Webb Ellis trophy.

Ali Williams has spent many years under the tutelage of Henry at the Blues and with the All Blacks, and the lock credits the former high school headmaster for resurrecting his career.

Williams says "Ted" is a great man who shoots straight and has helped, if not saved, his career.
