Wellington Phoenix football coach Ricki Herbert is crediting Dunedin's support for the team's first proper visit to the city, for being rewarded with an A-League game.
Up against competition from Australian venues, the Forsyth Barr Stadium will stage the week 10 A-League game against champions Brisbane Roar on December 14.
Herbert says it's just reward for the support the Phoenix received on their first visit to the city last month for a pre-season match, when 15,000 fans turned out, and says they're looking forward to playing in a great atmosphere.
