Lance Hohaia is the only member of the current Warriors side to have played in the club's sole previous National Rugby League grand final appearance, and he says he's been telling his younger team-mates to make sure they simply enjoy the week.

The Warriors played in the 2002 final when coach Ivan Cleary who was also in the side and lost to the Sydney Roosters.

For both Hohaia and Cleary Sunday's match will be their last with the club.

Hohaia, who's 28, is joining English club St Helens on a four-year deal while Cleary will coach Penrith from next year.

Hohaia says several members of the team have come to him for advice on how to handle the pressures of a grand final and admits he's finding it easier himself than nine years ago.
