The outspoken Samoa centre Eliota Fuimaone-Sapolu has been charged with misconduct after accusing Welsh referee Nigel Owens of bias during his side's loss to South Africa at the Rugby World Cup.
The Gloucester midfielder criticised Owens on social network site Twitter for his handling of Samoa's 13-5 loss to the Springboks, which led to Samoa's elimination from the tournament.
